Maximum occupancy with convertible sofa 8 persons.
Local tax, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, as well as a parking place in the garage are included in these rates.
Our apartment is situated within a 10 minutes walk from the Hotel Alpenhof. For this reason we cannot offer you breakfast there. However, you can use the sauna and the billard table in the Hotel Alpenhof free of charge.
GUIDELINES FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
Outside the period specified in § 5.5. AGBH 2006 "Austrian Hotel regulations", the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
